    Ndayisenga first across the line in 10k race

    wheelchair athletes Top African runner Jean Ndayisenga was first across the line in the Great East Anglia Run on Sunday.

    Nearly 2,000 runners raced around the historic 10k circuit with plenty of crowds cheering them on.

    Our picture above shows the wheelchair athletes getting off to a fast start on the Tuesday Market Place.

    10k race biggest ever

    Nearly 2,000 runners will be taking part in the second Great East Anglia Run on Sunday.

    The fast one-lap race, will take runners through historic King's Lynn. There's plenty of parking available and the event will be excellent for spectators.

    Race starts at 10.30am, Sunday May 6, on the Tuesday Market Place.
