Charity Super Store coming to King’s Lynn

Sue Ryder

Shoppers in King’s Lynn looking for fantastic bargains will be delighted to hear that Sue Ryder is opening a new superstore on Nicholas Retail Park to complement its shop on the High Street.

People on the look out for that bargain or unique item will have the chance to choose from a selection of great products on offer when the new store opens in late spring.

The health and social care charity’s shop will be packed to the rafters with a wide range of quality donated items including clothing, furniture and electrical items, along with a range of new goods including competitively priced musical instruments. The new shop promises to be a treasure trove of bargains with something for everybody.

All money raised from the shop is vital funds that will help Sue Ryder continue to provide quality care for people living with end of life and long-term conditions,
including cancer, stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, dementia, Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and motor neurone disease.

Jo Panks, retail area manager for Sue Ryder, said: “I am sure shoppers will be delighted by the exceptional quality, value and wide range of goods we will be selling, when the new store opens in late spring.”

Jo added: “We are recruiting volunteers to help with everything from sorting and preparing stock to merchandising and sales. We are also appealing for people to
donate good quality clothing, books and bric-a-brac to make sure our shelves are
always full of stock. By supporting Sue Ryder in this way, local people can help us make a real difference to the lives of the thousands of people we care for each year.”

To find out more about volunteering or donating goods to the new Sue Ryder shop at Nicolas Retail Park call Jo Panks on 07769 685095 or email: jo.panks@suerydercare.org.
