New store “Tula” opens on Broad Street
A new independent store selling gift, home and beauty products has opened in the town centre. The new store, called Tula, moved into 24 Broad Street, opposite Discount UK, on Saturday.
Owner Petula Harrington who lives in Kings Lynn said “It’s been hard work but I’m excited to finally get the store open. Most of the brands we stock are exclusive to us in the area and I’m delighted to be bringing them to King’s Lynn.”
The store which includes a product testing station and a gift wrapping service will be stocking lines from brands including Nougat, Lick the Spoon, Disaster Design, Pip Studio, Umbra and Wax lyrical.
Abbie Panks, Marketing Manager for the Vancouver Quarter, said “The arrival of another new independent retailer to the town is great news for both the Vancouver Quarter and the town itself. We wish Petula the best of luck with her first store”
Petula’s husband Simon and a friend, were helping out in the shop on a busy opening day, while her daughters were busy handing out leaflets to passers by along Broad Street.
