On Saturday 21st February, King’s Lynn Arts Centre will be showing Goblin King — a fun, whimsical and entertaining interactive performance from MissAdventures Theatre Company. It’s the perfect half-term treat!
Down in Deep World, the Goblin King needs some help. ‘I am looking for my daughter, the princess Thomasina. Have you seen her? Oh, harrumph! Please stop by and help me find her! The Goblin Queen, who is very mean, will slime me into next week if I fail in my quest.’
Follow the kindly, and slightly grumpy, Goblin King and help him on his way to find the missing princess. You can learn all about Norfolk’s wildlife along the way, like the Hawker Dragonfly, Swallowtail Butterfly and Natterjack Toad. This show will delight the young and young-at-heart!
Camilla Scaiff, Director for MissAdventures Theatre Company, said ‘We are very much looking forward to bringing the Goblin King to the Arts Centre this half-term. It is a little known fact that the Goblin Royal family are fascinated by the Norfolk wildlife and will be on the look-out for lots of the native species on their adventures. If you can squeeze in any more half-term fun into your week then do come along!”
