A new retrospective exhibition at Greyfriars Art Space will feature works of art inspired by birds.
A life with birds is the first solo exhibition by local artist Tony Bellars, who was a founder member of Greyfriars Art Space.
The exhibition, which runs from Saturday 6th – 20th February, features sketch books, prints, paintings and sculptures of birds from Norfolk, alongside those from Australia and Hong Kong. Often simple, quirky and full of colourful fun, his work is sure to bring a smile to the face of visitors.
Tony will be present at the opening of his show on Saturday 6 February from 12 noon – 4pm. He will also be at Greyfriars Art Space from 10-4pm, Monday to Saturday until 20 Feb. Admission is free, but please note the gallery is closed on Sundays.
Greyfriars Art Space can be found at 43 St James Street, Kings Lynn, just off London Road and opposite local landmark Greyfriars Tower.
