Giant hailstones that fell in a King’s Lynn back garden have been captured on camera.

King’s Lynn photographer Tracey Robinson photographed them on her back garden table in Gaywood.

“It was really cold outside, then I saw the huge size of these hailstones, so just had to take a photo of them,” Said Tracey.

The freak hailstones came down on Tuesday, with more seen in the Lynn area on Wednesday.

The Met Office has confirmed temperatures are unusually low. And it seems the colder weather is set to continue, with warnings of a cold and wet bank holiday weekend .
