Fairytales and Legends returns

Fairytales and Legends returns to King’s Lynn town centre on Sunday 21 August for a day of magic, enchantment, princesses and superheroes!

After last year’s success, Fairytales and Legends is back. This fun free event is a great day out for children and families, packed full of things to see and do. Activities take place from 10am to 4pm at locations around the town centre.

Cllr Elizabeth Nockolds, borough council cabinet member for Culture, Heritage and Health, said: “We’re delighted Fairytales and Legends is returning this year – it was so popular last year we’re expecting more people than ever. The day’s programme has something for children of all ages, from soundplay classes for toddlers, to craft workshops for older children. We’d also like to invite all children to come along in fancy dress!”

Abbie Panks, Vancouver Quarter centre manager, said: “Every event is free of charge, making this the perfect day out for all the family. Some activities need to be pre-booked, and I recommend you do so as early as possible – places will go fast!”
