Free fun during the half-term at Lynn Museum!

On Tuesday 24th October Lynn Museum will be hosting a family event day to celebrate everything pre-historic! Join the team at Lynn Museum between 10.30am-1pm for a range of exciting activities to suit visitors of all ages.

The event will provide visitors with the opportunity to learn more about pre-historic life and the people who built the mysterious Seahenge. There will be a chance to handle real Stone Age, Bronze Age & Iron Age artefacts and meet a Bronze Age man who will discuss how the amazing monument might have been constructed over 4000 years ago.

Those wanting to get creative can learn the art of braiding, a common activity for people of the Bronze Age era. For anyone with a sweet tooth, come along and try to construct your own Seahenge with cake and chocolate.

As well as all these amazing activities there will be a family trail running from 21st October to 28th October, complete the trail to win a small spooky surprise.
This event is completely free, a brilliant way to entertain the family at the start of the half-term.

Lynn Museum is open from Tuesday – Saturday 10am-5pm
