Not only will there be someone to give free benefit advice, but they will also fill in the paperwork for them. This is run on a 1st come 1st served basis, so if you need this service please go along to the Community Café on a Monday and Thursday and they will do all they can to help.  Please note: – Everyone will be seen in confidence in a private meeting room on the ground floor so they have taken into account accessibility issues. At St Augustines Centre it is free parking (with disabled bays) and easy access. They believe in equality for all and everyone should be able to access all our services.

St John’s ambulance – Badgers after school activity sessions – Hansa Rd, King’s Lynn, Norfolk PE30 4HX – Wednesday 6pm to 7.30pm

After school club (Wednesdays during term time) for children aged 5 – 10 yrs. Badgers can choose from fifteen subjects to help complete their award, such as Adventure Badger, Badger First Aider and Wild Badger.  At the weekly Badger Setts, Badgers take part in activities to help complete each subject.  A badge and certificate is awarded for each completed subject.  Badgers can keep their own record of what they have achieved in their Badger Passport.  Once Badgers have earned 12 badges, they receive the Super Badger Award.  For further details contact Regional office on 01245 265678

We are a mixed voice choir based in King’s Lynn. We believe that the joy of singing should be available to everyone, regardless of their experience, and that everyone has a voice, whether they have found it yet or not. The choir welcomes people of all ages, and there are no auditions required. Our music is learned by ear, so there is no need to read sheet music. Our only membership requirements are a desire to sing and have fun whilst making music with others. Our repertoire includes a wide range of music from many different styles; we aim to have something for everyone. We only operate during school terms. The 50 Shades of Red and Purple Women of Kings Lynn, an official Red Hat Society Chapter, get together for drink, a meal, fun and laughter on the second Wednesday of every month. There is only one rule, you must wear read on your head and purple on your body unless it your birthday month when you reverse your colours. Big C offer welfare advice, ‘ask our nurse’ sessions, reflexology, counselling, head wear options, a cancer information library and a friendly relaxing place to come and talk to people who understand.
