The Blueberries are looking fantastic! The mild winter and the warm and sunny weather this year provided the perfect conditions for them leading to an earlier harvest. Fairgreen Farms is now open again for Pick Your Own, open Mon - Sat, closed on Sundays. The harvest is expected to last throughout the whole of July and August. The price is the same as last year - £5 per kg. They also produce Norfolk Blueberry Wine on the farm, which they now sell on the field at £10 per bottle, alternatively, the wine is also for sale at The Gate Pub in Middleton. They look forward to welcoming you on the farm, why not take a picnic and enjoy the great outdoors, children are welcome under adult supervision. Toilet facilities are available. Light up the night in support of Marie Curie Nurses. Join in this summer for a twilight 10k walk. The house is at the heart of the 8,000-hectare Sandringham Estate, which you will stroll through as the sun sets. After exploring the woodland and heath of the Country Park, settle down with your picnic basket and enjoy the festival-like atmosphere as you gather to celebrate the work of your local Marie Curie Nurses with live music and entertainment.
