The Friends of Plantation Wood are inviting everyone to join them for a Bats and Bulbs morning. It will start at 10am with a bat hunt in the wood. As these bats are made from card they are perfectly safe to handle and can be returned to the start to exchange for a Halloween themed treat and refreshments supplied by Tesco. Following that, the Norfolk Wildlife Trust and Dobbies will be helping everyone to plant spring bulbs to take home and nurture for planting out in the spring. There is a charge of just 50p or one Time Credit per person. The hunt will start from the spider web covered fence leading into the old wood. Fancy dress is optional!
